Initiative for Relief and Climate Action (IRCA) was registered by Southwest Ministry of Planning, Investment and Economic Development (Registration number 513) as a National Organization in under (NGO) Law #2 and is certified to carry out multi-sectoral projects in Somalia. It falls under The Ministry of Planning, Investment and Economic Development which coordinates and monitors all humanitarian and development activities in the State.
